Greetings,! I moved to the Virgin Islands in 1988 with the dream of making my living diving in a sea of blue light. I started Snuba on St. John in 1988 and then on St. Thomas in 1998. VI Snuba Excursions is now the oldest Snuba operation in the world.

After twenty years, I am still amazed at the variety of sea life living beneath the surface of the ocean. The adage "time flies when you are having fun" definitely applies here. The years have passed in the blink of an eye.Frank

In addition to enjoying the varied sea life. I relish the challenge of helping beginners in their first Snuba adventure. People (to me) are always new and always fresh and always keep me interested.

I invite you to Snuba with my wife (sometimes Kaitlyn) and myself in our island paradise.

I wanted to take this opportunity to thank Frank
for his kindness and wonderful instruction.
He not only agreed to take my son and me for snuba
without prior appointment. This was my son's first
diving experience and he was very nervous about doing this. Frank patiently instructed him and
also stayed close with him until he was OK.
It turned out to be the highlight of our trip.
I would recommend this SNUBA excursion to all
those visiting beautiful St. Thomas.
